On this journey to my current 90 kg, the diet meal boxes from Zdravé stravování really helped me. Since I started working with Zdravestravovani.cz, I’ve had more time for everything else - especially for my family, and that means the most to me. On top of that, I enjoy the meals and look forward every day to what I’ll be eating tomorrow. In the Protein + program I chose, there’s a lot of meat and protein, which really suits me, especially now that I’m more active and exercising! I’m honestly extremely satisfied.
